About IIT Online

IIT Online assists in the development and delivery of quality education at a distance by

• accommodating various learning styles,
• building learning communities among geographically dispersed students, and
• promoting collaboration through the use of technology.

Our goal is to facilitate high quality learning experiences though the interaction of faculty and remote students via broadcast and Internet technologies.

We believe that the distance versions of IIT classes are a collaborative effort between faculty and technical & production staff.
